Our Lady of the Miraculous Medal

I have a small trinket box stored in a place time forgot. It contains various religious medals that were given to me over many decades. Last year as I looked inside the box, one caught my attention - Our Lady of the Miraculous Medal, and I placed it on the bathroom's vanity cabinet.

For many months, I told myself I was going to wear that medal but never did. On the funeral of my uncle last August, out of the blue, I thought I'd wear the medal on a necklace.

As we drove to the funeral Mass, we passed by the church, and I saw the church's name: Church of the Miraculous Medal! My heart felt like someone wanted to make sure I took notice. I thought that maybe, Our Mother Mary was telling me something. After we got home from the funeral, I put the medal back on the bathroom vanity where it stayed again for months.

This morning, the eve of Thanksgiving, a friend sent me a picture of Our Lady of the Miraculous Medal. I thought that was interesting. After one click on my phone, I learned that today is her feast day!

In the afternoon, a video came to my phone (algorithm or a Godwink) about Gabriel of Gabbi After Hours giving testimonies of life saving graces he experienced through the Miraculous Medal.

Over the years, there were multiple times I felt the Divine was leading me to something. Clueless as I am, maybe someone's telling me it's time to wear the medal.

That's why even at almost 10 PM today, even when I'm almost half asleep, I am writing this story to share.

Maybe you have experienced some grace where someone up there is telling you something. Hope you find the time to share it too!
