On New Year's Resolutions

How are you doing with your New Year's resolutions?

There’s no better time to try something new than on January 1, but by the time half the month is done, many of us have left our resolutions out the door.

Whether it’s setting up a new exercise regimen, losing some weight (understandably after the holidays) or developing other new habits, we need all support we can get to enable us to continue with our resolution journey.

How about mental exercises to strengthen our goals? Here are a few quotes that could help us move forward:

“I can do all things through him who strengthens me.” Philippians 4:13

"Bear in mind that your resolution to succeed is more important than any other." Abraham Lincoln

“Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. The old has passed away; behold, the new has come.” 2 Corinthians 5:17

"Dreams don't work unless you do." John C. Maxwell

"Character is the ability to carry out the resolution long after the excitement of the moment has passed." Cavett Robert

Pick something you like and post it where it’s most visible to you. Every little thing helps.
