It’s been a long running suggestion to count sheep when one couldn't fall asleep.
But I got bored with counting the sheep after 20. So I talked to Jesus instead; I told him my plans and how my day went. Before I know it, it's already morning!
I was on my way to the airport flying back to Los Angeles when I saw a huge billboard that said:
"When you can’t sleep, don’t count sheep. Talk to the shepherd."
I’ve been doing that for several years now, and it’s always worked for me!
