“You are what you eat.” We’ve heard that many times.
Research tells us that if we eat too much sugar, we increase our risk of gaining weight (New finding of this century!), becoming pre-diabetic and having skin problems. If we eat too much red meat, then we might increase our risk of getting heart disease.
I believe that there might be a similar correlation between what one reads and what happens after.
So let's be selective with our choices. Read those that will make our
hearts feeling lighter, our minds thinking clearer and our lives becoming more inspired.
