Super Bowl Sunday has become an unofficial American holiday.
It starts with a pregame media blitz, and later with parties in homes, restaurants and sports bars throughout the country. The momentum continues into the game itself, highly-anticipated commercials and celebrity-led half-time shows.
It's extraordinary entertainment in terms of viewership and commercial success.
Like any other endeavor, it takes a lot of planning and management to make the Super Bowl a highly successful affair, year after year.
Maybe we can learn something from the Super Bowl. Maybe we can spend time preparing and managing ourselves so that we could become the extraordinary creations we were meant to be.
