A few months ago, I read an article about 4 young teenagers (13-year-olds) who went to a restaurant after a school event and left a $3.58 tip.
A week later, the teenagers wrote their waiter a heartfelt and wonderful letter thanking him for his gracious service. For treating them like "grown-ups". They also apologized for the tip, as that was all that they had left in their pockets.
The letter went viral.
It's so wonderful to hear news like this when there's a constant feed of negative news.
I wonder how much better the world would be if we would just show someone our appreciation for a job well done.
How about maybe starting... today?
