Physical Fitness Month

Updated: Oct 27, 2022

Did you know that May is National Physical Fitness and Sports Month?

The month's goal is to promote awareness of a healthier lifestyle through physical activities and sports.

There are a myriad ways to be fit. (Here lies the advantage of multitasking.) If we like watching TV, we can stretch or run on a treadmill while watching our favorite shows.

We can also go to the gym. Or play sports.

And while we’re at it, we can also push out the negative thoughts in our lives (well, at least for that moment) and put in positive thoughts.

We can also talk to Jesus, as we would to a friend, while enjoying the beauty of our jogging route. We can let Him know how we are doing. He is better than anyone at listening.

And before you know it, you won’t be just be physically fit. You’re also on your way to spiritual fitness.

My name's Anna Maria! If you want to learn more about my journey, my book "Touched by Grace: The Journey" will be released this summer through Amazon and Barnes & Noble.

In the meantime, check out my website touchedbygrace.today and subscribe for book updates and more blog posts! If you've been #tbgtoday, feel free to share your story of grace here.
