24/7 Church

Our family started hearing Sunday mass at home after the lockdown. I also began to listen to daily livestream masses at home. But there were days when I could not hear mass during the livestream hours. And there was some sort of fuss whether taped masses were as meaningful as livestream masses.

Coincidentally around that time, I received a post about mass-online.org. It's a site where one can click a church that has livestream mass every half hour, all over the world!

Since then, I was able to hear masses livestream. It is so heartwarming and beautiful to think that I am joining the Catholics all over the world in hearing masses in their churches, communities and their countries at the very same time.

We hear many negative things the internet has brought to our lives. We often forget the good that it has brought to our lives too.

Let us remember that it is not the internet that's the problem. It is the people using it.

It is us. Let us remember to use it wisely.
